April 2024 - Stinknet Weed Notice

Stinknet, an invasive African annual weed that crowds out native plants and becomes a fire hazard in summer, is spreading in Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties. Oncosiphon pilulifer, sometimes also known as globe chamomile, is a member of the sunflower family. It can grow more than 2 feet tall and is spreading in Arizona as well as California, Nevada, Australia, and Mexico. The plant grows during winter.

If you see these weeds on your property please pull and dispose of immediately!

4/10/2024 - WALL REPAIR AND PAINT

The repair and painting of all external community walls as well as path walls has been completed.

1/24/2024 - BULK TRASH PICK-UP

A date has finally be nailed down for the neighborhood bulky trash pick-up; April 8-11. An email and/or postcard will be sent out before the event as a reminder.

1/6/2024 - ANNUAL MEETING AND VOTE

Unfortunately, we did not receive enough votes from the community to reach a quorum and bring on new board members. Anyone interested in joining the board is encouraged to come to the next meeting and volunteer for a position.

10/18/2023 - FIBER OPTIC CONSTRUCTION

Major work has begun on the fiber optic network within Park Place. Please heed the NO PARKING cones/signs. The work in the east half of the neighborhood should be completed before Halloween.

7/29/2023 - CONSTRUCTION

Work has begun on the fiber optic network within Park Place. Please heed the NO PARKING cones/signs. Also, there is an unassociated small electric job being done near the pool. Please use caution when traveling through the work areas.

7/23/2023 - POOL TRESSPASSERS

There was a large group of people at the pool lastnight who are not community members. They accessed the pool area without permission and remained until 2am, leaving quite a mess behind. If you know anyone involved or have information about this event please contact the HOA. Also, if you see anyone jumping the fence, using glass in the pool area or blatantly causing issues at the pool please contact the HOA or Mesa non-emergency PD at (480) 644-2211.

7/14/2023 - GRAFFITI

Graffiti has been seen at the corner of Longmore and Impala. If you have any information about this graffiti or see anyone tagging in the neighborhood please call Mesa PD. If you see any new graffiti please contact City of Mesa Graffiti Removal at 480-644-3083

7/8/2023 - BOARD MEETING THIS MONDAY

The monthly HOA Board Meeting will be held this Monday at 6:30 on Zoom. If your email is registered with Choice-CAM you have received instructions on how to join. Also, there are QR codes posted at the pool for the meeting link. If none of these options work for you contact us through this site for the link.

The pool is once again open. Thank you for your patience.

7/5/2023 - COMMUNITY POOL NOTICE

The pool will be closed until further notice due to broken glass. The county requires the pool to be vacuumed twice before re-opening. If you see any vandalism or trespassing at the pool please send a note through the CONTACT US page or call the Mesa Police non-emergency number.
